We believe efficiency provides the tools to make a decision quicker and easier just as much as reducing a building’s energy consumption. This approach demands as much information to be known with as much confidence as possible.

It requires thorough study of formal resources as well as learning from the people in the field, the boots on the ground, to see the wisdom in action as well as identify incorrect tribal knowledge.
