    • Wiggly Wire is headquartered near Washington, DC and provides remote service worldwide as well as on-site support across North America.

  • What services do you provide?

    • We provide end-to-end Building Automation and controls services, from system remediation and optimization to ongoing support. This includes control logic development and reprogramming, graphics creation and modification, database audits, system recovery, and third-party integrations.
      We also offer independent consulting and second-opinion services for building owners, engineers, and controls contractors, frequently supporting smaller or overloaded controls shops by filling expertise gaps and helping deliver project requirements without adding permanent headcount.​

  • What platforms do you support?

    • We work across a wide range of BAS platforms, with deep expertise in Automated Logic and extensive experience supporting Siemens systems. We also regularly work with the Niagara framework, Distech Controls, and other BACnet-based platforms. Our approach is platform-agnostic, with strong emphasis on BACnet and Modbus communications, third-party integrations, and interoperability, allowing us to support mixed-vendor environments and legacy systems without limitation.​

  • ​Do you work directly with end‑users, contractors, or both?

    • We provide services to both end-users (property owners, management firms, or operators) as well as contractors.​

  • Can you help us migrate away from Siemens entirely?

    • Yes, we can provide several options to work within or without Siemens support and/or product environment.

      • Keep Siemens hardware, maintaining existing system in supplement or replacement of Siemens technical support.​

      • Keeping majority Siemens hardware while developing a gradual transition plan to another platform.

      • Integrating existing Siemens hardware into a third-party platform.
